Text 100: Our Global Reach

Innovation Without Borders

We practice what we preach, cultivating an international flavor among our public relations consultants in an effort to mine local talent with international experience. More than 40 percent of our employees are multilingual or have worked and lived in more than one region. We were founded in Europe, our CEO is in New York and our methodology was developed in Australia.

Text 100 encourages international transfers, secondments and regular inter-office communication, arming our consultants with the international expertise needed to tailor your communications needs to multiple audiences. Just as important, we are an agency that has grown organically, instead of being cobbled together through acquisitions. Every Text 100 office was started by members of our team going into a new market, ensuring a consistent culture that crosses borders, encourages global teamwork and creates value for our clients.

However, maintaining 30 offices worldwide does not make our company international. Nor does our extensive partnership program that expands our reach to 31 other cities, many in emerging markets. That would be presumptuous.

Rather, Text 100's global fluency comes from our ability to break down international borders and create a consistent, integrated approach to building communications strategies.

Instead of assuming a top down, dictatorial HQ-to-local-market relationship (the traditional hub and spoke model), the Text 100 Global Dialogue Model empowers local markets and leverages talent from across the client's network to create strong, impactful communications programs that resonate in each market to create competitive advantage.

In this structure, Text 100 plays a facilitator role, coordinating specialists, customers and partners across global markets, integrating a central strategy with on-the-ground local market expertise.
